We are supporting one of our long-term clients – a leading company specialising in Microsoft Dynamics implementations – in their search for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Supply Chain Consultant. This is a great opportunity for professionals who want to be involved in impactful projects and work with a skilled international team.

The Role

In this position, you will be part of end-to-end project delivery, taking ownership across different stages such as business analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers optimize their supply chain processes using Dynamics 365 best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
Recommend process improvements and align customer operations with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain standards.
Configure and adapt system functionalities to meet client-specific requirements.
Prepare documentation, functional specifications, and user guidelines.
Deliver workshops and user training sessions.
Support clients during go-live and post-implementation.
Collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders.

Skills & Experience Required

Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an SCM Consultant (or a related role).
Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong knowledge of supply chain management processes.
Previous exposure to Microsoft D365 F&O or AX2012 is a strong advantage.
Experience with other ERP systems would be considered an asset.
Good understanding of cross-department business processes.
Strong MS Excel and general MS Office skills.
