Finance Analyst
Our client is an innovative, modern, and rapidly growing manufacturing company with a strong international footprint. Operating under the Private Label model, the company develops and produces specialized functional food products that meet global quality standards and are distributed across dozens of international markets.
To support their continuous expansion, we are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Finance Analyst to join their growing Finance & Accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile end-of-month management reports and conduct in-depth financial evaluations.
- Evaluate income streams, cost structures, trial balances, and variances against core financial KPIs.
- Assist in shaping the annual budget by auditing, organizing, and synthesizing data inputs.
- Oversee balance sheet integrity and validate the precision of internal accounting records.
- Detect reporting discrepancies or structural data errors and escalate critical findings to leadership.
- Track outstanding credit lines, lease commitments, banking facilities, and amortization schedules.
- Serve as a point of contact for financial institutions and assemble required banking dockets.
- Step in to assist general accounting operations, including invoice validation and ledger postings.
- Pinpoint opportunities to refine internal controls, financial modeling, and reporting frameworks.
Candidate Profile:
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in finance, accounting, controlling, or a related function.
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a relevant business discipline.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and solid practical experience working with complex financial data.
- Familiarity with ERP software or professional accounting systems.
- Deep understanding of general accounting principles, financial statements, and primary documentation.
- Solid knowledge of local accounting legislation and national financial reporting standards.
- Sharp analytical mindset, exceptional accuracy, and high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of English (considered a strong plus).
